To folks with a rightward tilt &quot;Putinism&quot; will come to mean  a traditional patriotic  authoritarian government, and their own damp-left  leaders won&#039;t fare well by the comparison.    So as the USSR had its ComIntern, Russia might, quite inadvertently, find itself  leading a ReactIntern.</description>

Shows that a weak, ignorable Russia is all American conservatives are or were interested in, and that the Russian government are well-advised to ignore the criticisms of their unappeasable enemies.</description>
